We specialize in providing AI Governance, Risk and Compliance services related to trustworthy AI, AI Governance Management, AI Risk Management, AI Compliance Management, and AI Quality Management. With a focus on innovation and excellence, we help businesses leverage AI responsibly while managing associated risks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Our story
Prindes Innovation was founded by dr. Anita Prinzie in January 2025 to help companies unlock the value of AI responsibly.
During her 25 years of experience in AI, product management, and innovation management, Anita saw firsthand how organizations strive to innovate with AI yet often struggle with the risks it brings. She learned three valuable lessons.
Firstly, she learned that responsible AI is not an afterthought and conducting assessments is not enough. Responsible AI is the result of proper AI Governance, Risk and Compliance management.
Secondly, she learned that AI Governance, Risk and Compliance management need to be integrated in the AI lifecycle requiring people, processes and AI system to be aligned. Finding an appropriate level of autonomy and human oversight can be tedious.
Thirdly, from the struggle of companies trying to leverage AI to offer personalized services while staying compliant with GDPR, she learned to need for legal certainty and understanding the spirit of the law. That's why Anita decided to actively contribute as expert and editor to the harmonized standards (CEN/CENELEC) in support of the AI Act.
