Agile implementation of AI Governance, Risk and Compliance:

- Identify: AI System Register, AI Compliance Profile, AI Risk Profile.

- Assess: Assessment, audits and monitoring: set a baseline and targets w.r.t. the implementation of the AI Act, GDPR, AI Governance management, AI Risk Management, AI Quality Management.

- Plan: Define or refine the AI Governance, Risk and Compliance roadmap and user stories based on baseline and targets.

- Execute: For selected user stories, (re)design and implement relevant AI GRC principles, policies, trainings and operations and assets, choose the right AI GRC software.
